The Nature of Our Pastoral Leadership
Texarkana Reformed Baptist Church’s Pastoral Leadership is comprised of a plurality of Elders. This is one Biblical distinctive that sets TRBC apart from many other Baptist Churches. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Great Shepherd, and all who serve Him in pastoral ministry are undershepherds. Hence, we believe that identifying church pastors as Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, etc. is both unnecessary and foreign to Scripture.
