Texarkana Reformed Baptist Church has now decided to begin having a book of the month club! The way it works is, each month, someone in the book club will choose a book that they would like to read. All who are interested can also read the book. At our designated time, we will come together and the person who chose the book will lead a discussion over it. They may talk about the author, content of the book, its impact, or whatever they like! This is a great way to build ourselves up by learning about other Christians and their experiences, and their knowledge about issues that concern all Christians. So, you are invited to come and participate!

November: Blessed Death of Those Who Die in the Lord

Book Synopsis: In this book, Puritan James Durham gives an exposition of Revelation 14:13 (Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on) in order to give comfort for all believers who will one day face death. Explaining that it is terrible to die without being in Christ, Durham gives guidance for dying in the Lord, shows what to do when death comes suddenly, and finally shows all of the believers comforts in death.
